It is important to study all your plants carefully, if any plants have symptoms of infections remove them immediately to prevent any bacteria from spreading. Before changing any water in the tank, wash it out with a cleaning solution. Remove any residue, and make sure areas which hosted a diseased plant are cleaned properly.
