Looking for information on ph reader, we can help. The most important factor in any type of gardening is having enough nutrients available. In soil based gardens, there is never sufficient nutrient, which is why fertilizers are used in every soil garden. Hydroponic gardens operate a little differently; they use a specialized type of fertilizer which is customized to be efficient in hydroponics. Using hydroponic fertilizers are more difficult to use compared to soil fertilizers. Be sure to read the instructions carefully, the hydroponic fertilizers usually require a certain Ph and dilution level. Remember that over time the water being used will slowly evaporate. As it does the concentration of fertilizer will increase and may cause burns on the plants. To avoid this, you should monitor your water levels and add water accordingly.
The nutrient concentration of a hydroponic garden is often referred to as the EC level. If your hydroponic garden consists of Grodan plants, they would require less fertilizer then what they would need in a soil based garden. This is because of the technical system of hydroponic gardens. In soil gardens the nutrients in fertilizers are not all absorbed by the plants, because the soil acts like a buffer. In a hydroponic set up, there is nothing acting as a buffer, and all the nutrients from fertilizers are easily absorbed by the plants. It is a general rule that EC and pH should never be lower then 5 and higher then 7, as the plant would not be able to absorb any nutrients.

Before introducing a plant in the previous diseased area, clean up any residue left behind. Diseased Plants should be removed and its area should be cleaned thoroughly with a bleach solution. Before changing any water in the tank, wash it out with a cleaning solution. Remove any residue, and make sure areas which hosted a diseased plant are cleaned properly.
