Simple routine clean ups will prevent any problems from rising in the future. In any type of gardening, any pests which exist in the growing environment do nothing but leech nutrients from plants. If your hydroponic garden consists of Grodan plants, they would require less fertilizer then what they would need in a soil based garden.
